Hello!
My name is LeAnn Thiner. I have taught Special Education in the Round Lake/Brewster school district since 1987. I have taught at both Brewster Elementary and Round Lake High School.
I was born in Worthington, MN and grew up on a farm by Worthington. I attended school in the Worthington School District. I then attended Minnesota West Community College in Worthington for two years then went on for further schooling at Minnesota State University-Mankato. I received my Bachelors of Science degree in elementary education and special education(severe to mild cognitive impaired). I then went on for further schooling to receive my licenses in learning disabilities and emotional/behavioral disorder.
I have been married to Bernie Thiner for 35 years. He works for the Veterinary Medical Center as a salesman. We have three sons. Adam is the oldest, Mark is the middle son, and Matthew is the youngest. I have two wonderful daughter-in-laws, Holly and Michele.We have three grandsons, Jude, Elias, and Xander, which are the most wonderful grandchildren.
