Current teaching assignment: English 8, English 9, English 10, English 11, and various levels of journalism
Extra-curricular assignments: Musical, speech, yearbook, newsletter, scholarships, college entrance information, and senior class advisor
Experience: Adrian High School (five years) SVRLB (thirty years)
Publication: Fiction, non-fiction, poetry, photography, and cartoons in newspapers, magazines, and books at the local, regional, and national level
Drama experience: Directed more than fifty plays for school, community, and church; written twenty plus plays; judge one act play contests
Journalism experience: Advised student newspaper, yearbook, radio broadcast, and television broadcast. Worked with nature photography, portrait photography, close-up photography, action photography including sports and dance, and artistic photography. Worked with developing and printing black and white pictures in the darkroom
Freelance photographer and writer for more than twenty years.
Married and have two children
