Welcome to Mrs. Wintz's Page

Hello from second grade! I have been teaching second grade since 1989. I graduated from Buena Vista in Elementary Education in 1989 and received my MA in 1999 from Southwest State in Marshall. I live with my husband Brent on a farm by Round Lake. My daughter Kara and her husband Simon live in the Twin Cities with our granddaughter Sydney and a little brother or sister on the way. Kara is a RN and Simon is a civil engineer. Our son Trevor graduates as an agricultural engineer in December from SDSU in Brookings. I enjoy reading, flower gardening and fixing up junk in my free time.
